How can I export and Import all my accounts?

Hi,
I need to install a fresh copy of OS X Sierra on my MacBook Pro and would like to know how I can export all my email accounts from MailMate and import them after I've installed the fresh copy of OS X.

Sorry about the late reply!! The simplest way to migrate is to copy these files:
~/Library/Application Support/MailMate/*.plistThen MailMate fetches the emails from the IMAP server(s).
You can also copy the entire folder (only do this when MailMate is not running).
