Crash related to submailbox used for menubar counters

#1595

  1. Create submailboxes of the All Messages box for each unique value of Flag -> Seen.

  2. Use the the submailbox associated with Other for a menubar counter (i.e., All Messages -> Other), showing Unread messages or All messages.

  3. Make sure all messages are read, and then toggle the state of one message to Unread.

  4. The menubar counter shows 1 message (in All Messages -> Other, which is unread).

  5. Click on the menubar icon, Mailmate crashes.

This is obviously very low priority. Thanks for all the hard work.
