Incorrect scrolling in compose viewer (r5283)

As the attached gif shows, when composing a message, the message viewer keeps scrolling down and I always have to manually scroll it back up but changing anything in the editor screws up the scrolling again.
No issues with r5249.

Autoscrolling has never worked well, but you are correct that it has gotten worse. I'll look into it.

I believe this was fixed in the most recent release of MailMate (or at least working much better).
