Import Messages always goes to the same folder & source

When I import messages, it doesn't matter what source or folder I choose, MM always puts it in the same folder in the same source.
How do I change this?

The selected mailbox does not affect anything. Instead look for the Options button in the lower left of the panel. That should allow you to set some options for the import including the destination mailbox. MailMate remembers your choices.
I was unaware that the options were hidden by default. This must have happened with one of the previous OS updates and since I never use this panel I had not noticed. I've now found an API which allows me to explicitly tell the panel to show the options by default.
