Incorrectly ignoring poorly formatted to and cc addresses

I have recently ran into several cases where MailMate seems to ignore poorly formatted email addresses in To and Cc fields. This is very annoying as reply-all will miss some message recipients.
Looking at the raw message, a prototypical example of when this
happens seems to be (with quotes exactly as shown):
Cc: "email.address@invalid,
"Another Recipient" another.email@invalid
In this case MailMate would fail to show either recipient and would not include them in reply-all etc.
I don't know which software writers these, but it is critical that MailMate should be able to parse them anyway.
