Forward as Attachment button for toolbar

Hey

Love MailMate but my boss often has a need to forward HTML emails that preserve the content quite often. Is there a button "Forward as Attachment" that can be added to a customized toolbar? This would make life VERY easy and MailMate awesome!

There's currently no button for this, but you do have “Message ▸ Forward as Attachment”. Low level, there is also a custom key binding named forwardAsAttachment:.

The real problem though is that MailMate does not handle HTML well when replying/forwarding. This is still a high priority for me to improve. It's just taking longer than I expected, but it will happen.

(Forwarding as Attachment does not always work well for recipients since some email clients are not very good at displaying embedded messages.)
