Unable to expand (non-smart) groups from contacts in OS X 10.11.3
Reported by Michael Tashbook | February 15th, 2016 @ 01:35 AM
Recently (after updating El Capitan from 10.11.2 to 10.11.3), MailMate 1.9.3 (r5187) has stopped automatically expanding group names from Contacts into individual addresses. After I begin to type the group name and hit tab to auto-complete, I see the highlighted group name, but it does not auto-expand to display the individual addresses, and my message is not sent to those addresses. I have already checked the "Security & Privacy" preferences, and MailMate has full access to the Contacts application. Group address expansion still works in Mail.app and in Postbox; it just fails in MailMate (which I greatly prefer using). These are regular groups in Contacts; they are not Smart Groups.

I had to disable some code making this work on “tab” due to an issue on El Capitan. You can still hit Enter to expand groups. Does that work for you?

Yup, that seems to work properly now (I could have sworn that I tried Enter before with no luck). Thanks!
