mail continually resending

I attempted to send a gmail message over gmails size restrictions. Now the message just keeps sending and failing over and over and over...

How do I delete it or stop the process and re-engage sync on this account?

    • State changed from “new” to “resolved”

    Locate the email in your Drafts folder and then hold down ⌥ to use “Message ▸ Delete Now”. This naturally also means that the message is deleted/lost.

    Take the Gmail account online if it's now offline (see the Mailbox menu).
