Capture Smart Mailboxes Design Intent

Please could you add a tab with a "notes" field in each smart mailbox, and/or a user definable tooltip.

I'll note a request for a mailbox “Description” text field in the mailbox editor. (No promises though.)
I could possibly use this myself to provide descriptions for the default set of mailboxes.
