allow multiple outgoing servers per account

I would like to be able to choose an outgoing server at the time I'm sending the mail.
- when at home, i would like to send mail out using my ISP's SMTP server
- while travelling, i must use a different server. (ISP accepts mail only from clients on their own network.)
Currently, I must edit my account info whenever I want to make this switch.
