Decrypting messages from Apple Mail (GPG Tools)

Hi,
Whenever I get an encrypted from users of Apple Mail (GPG Tools) MailMate seems to fail to realize that it is in fact an encrypted message and instead displays two attachments (see attached screenshot).
Apple Mail has no problem showing the messages.
I would appreciate any insight into this as it is quite inconvenient to have to run two mail clients.

This is new to me. Could you find or create an example and send it to me using “Help ▸ Send Feedback” in MailMate (just drag and drop the email into the Composer window)?
Maybe it only happens with the latest version of GPGMail, because I don't (yet) have other reports about this.
