Signatures Please Make Them Stop

Is there some way to specify that signatures are only associated with specific sender email addresses. I know the system is supposed to learn but fact of the matter is the learning sucks. I've reset to try and get the learning to send the proper signatures but over time it ALWAYS over associates when you have multiple email accounts. Can we not just tell it what email address to use a signature for
