Have you tried following the instructions provided in the error message: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/78754
Are all of you accounts Gmail or only the new ones? (MailMate has experimental support for a different authentication method, but I only think you should try it if your working accounts are not affected.)

No all my accounts are not GMAIL. I have yahoo, Outlook, Apple cloud email, which are working fine except for 2 new accounts which I am trying to configure and it is not working.
Secondly If I try to configure in Apple Mail it works.

Apple Mail now uses a new authentication method for Gmail (on El Capitan). MailMate has experimental support for the same method. You can try it by holding down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane.
You can read more about it here.
Let me know if that does not resolve your issue.

First check in the About window that you are using r5152 now.
Then make sure OAuth2 is enabled in the IMAP account settings (File ▸ Edit IMAP Account ▸ ...).
Then provide some more details about the kind of error you are seeing now. What happens when you try to take a Gmail account online?

the version that I have is r5141 and it says it is the latest.
I cant find any entries where i can make the Imap Account settings as mentioned above.
I tried configuring in AirmailApp 2,5 and in Apple Mail and it works properly.
Await for your guidance and resolution in this matter.

You didn't succeed in fetching the latest test release. Here it is again: Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane. The preferences can be found in the MailMate menu. The Software Update pane is the last one to the right.
