Displayed Count displayed against mailboxes - although not selected

It is possible to have none of the items selected against the mailbox yet have a non-zero count displayed; the picture displays this behaviour (just - it is not possible to make the popup appear clear of the count).
I suggest that no items ticked = the count vanishes.
