feature request: Show/Hide Mailboxes Toolbar Button

This would be an awesome feature (a la Apple Mail show/hide Mailboxes button) to manage screen space/layouts.

See “View ▸ Layout ▸ Show/Hide Mailboxes”. I'll note that this should be a candidate for a toolbar button as well.
