Sorting of Mailboxes: Go to Mailbox vs Move to Mailbox

There is an inconsistency in behaviour here: Goto (command-T) shows mailboxes in order of recency of access, but Moveto (option-command-T) lists in hierarchical/alpha order.
My preference is "recency" order for both; but there may be cases where the other is needed.
Is there a choice, or if not, can we have a choice please. That could be done by preferences or by an option in the dialogue where the mailboxes are listed (later is preferable)

They are both based on recency (if available), but they don't share their history which might be what is the confusing problem here. (They can also not show the same mailboxes since moving only makes sense for IMAP.)
