Mark entire mailbox as read (menu option) missing

I feel that a "mark mailbox as read" option is missing from the menus. I know this is possible through custom key bindings, however that is a high threshold for new users.

You are probably right since it has been relatively frequently requested (#315). I'll see if I can prioritize it a bit more :-)
