PGP signing on for all accounts (should only be some)

#1043

PGP signing works fine, however I can't configure this per account. This means that mailmate tries to sign all my mails for all accounts by default. It should only do this on some accounts with certain keys.

(possibly the same happens for pgp encrytion, I haven't tested this since it's off by default).

Thanks,
Sjoerd.
