Edit Subscriptions ... sheet is too large and has other issues

As noted, it is about 95% as wide as the MailMate main window, which is much too big given the (fairly sparse) information it displays.
There are two other issues:

The tree should be displayed expanded by default, rather than collapsed;

Matching a subfolder should always expand the tree. (Currently the tree remains closed, or closes if it was expanded, which gives the false impression that nothing has happened).

In theory, the entire usenet tree could be made available via IMAP. But since I already fetch all mailboxes before displaying the tree that would not work well anyways. I'll change the behavior.
