A2 NO [ALERT] ---- NOT iCloud :)

I see there have been problems posted here before, similar, but in my case, I am not using iCloud.
I have two e-mail accounts both hosted by zoho, in my greenbellyadventure.com domain.
I can log in with one account, from Mailmate, no problem. But the other complains that I have "A2 Authentication Plain *******".
I have this account sent to use IMAP, SMTP, SSL, etc. just like the other.
Any thoughts?

Disregard, no sooner had I wrote this, and I realised my employee had enabled two factor authentication on the zoho account, which in turn, spits out this error. All good now.
