Hi, love the product and plan to purchase it today (with plenty of time still left on the trial). However, before I do so I'd like some guidance on the rules functionality.
Is it possible to use rules and smartmailboxes to automatically archive all my receipts. If so, what would be the easiest way to do this because my current approach doesn't appear to be working (see images).

You don't need both a smart mailbox and a condition for the rule to match on the subject.
I think what you should do is to simply add a rule to your Inbox with a condition on the subject. The smart mailbox is good though to check that your condition matches what you expect it to match (without the rule enabled).
You have another condition in the rule which doesn't look right. I'm not sure what you are trying to do with that.
