Office 356 SMTP issue

Hi -
Trying to sent email via Office 365, I often get the attached message and need to try to send the message several times. I will also get an error message saying "authentication successful" and the message still doesn't send.

The server appears to take very long to reply. Not sure why it results in a password requester (I'll check that).
The most recent test versions of MailMate tries to handle timeout issues a bit more dynamically. It's experimental, but you can try it: Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane.

I checked the code and I fixed the issue with showing a password requester for a timeout error in r4120. In other words, the test version should help.
