using gnu gpg2 instead of gpgtools
Reported by trevor | January 9th, 2014 @ 06:13 PM
Is it possible to use /usr/local/bin/gpg2 (as installed by GnuPG) instead of the GPGTools package? I didn't see an option in the preferences to change the location.

It wouldn't work well since MailMate depends on the GPGTools version to show a password requester.
You can try it by symlinking
/usr/local/MacGPG2/bin/gpg2
to your executable.
