Changing Imap Server

Hello,
Can I get some assistance please?
I have migrated my domain to a new provider.
I have made the old server offline, and I am not transferring old messages to the new server.
The issue is I cannot clean up the old mailbox within Mailmate e.g. delete messages. Empty trash does not empty.
I can't reactivate the account to sync because the old imap server used the domain as the server name.
What are my options to cleanup or move messages in the old, offline Mailbox?
