"Use as Defaults Columns" does not work -> stay Defaults

Hi all, hi Benny,
I'm using MailMate 1.14/r6002 ont macOS Ventura 13.6.1.
I try to configure my columns display and then to make it as
Default : so I use right click -> "Use as Defaults Columns".
But after changing to another mailbox, the columns display stay
always the same "Read / Flag / From / Subject / date Received /
Source Mailbox".
I tried different scenario and there is no logic...
I stay available to help you fix that.
