Many HTML quotations lost

Hi Benny,
My settings for Replying/Forwarding HTML are:
- Embed when needed - Embedding method: Inline CSS (with
Premailer)
Many times, when I reply to a HTML message the quoted content becomes only a single character (Unicode 0xFFFF), like this:
<blockquote class=3D"embedded"><div id=3D"2BF7989D-1F51-44CA-975C-E9A8E63=
283FC">=EF=BF=BF</div></blockquote>
<div class=3D"plaintext"><blockquote>
</blockquote></div>
So the entire quotation is lost.
Here's an example message that causes the problem: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/zprqwcpqdyg12q444zlvn/test.eml?rlkey... (I cannot attach it: "Upload Quota Reached.")
If I change my settings to "Scoped Stylesheet", the problems disappear. Since you recommend it, I would prefer to use Premailer though.
Incidentally, whenever I change the "Embed when needed" setting, MailMate crashes.
