selectWithFilter broken

Hi,
this example from your docs is very useful but broken in recent
builds
"d" = ( "selectWithFilter:", "from.address =
'${from.address}'", "moveToMailbox:", "trash" );

- State changed from “new” to “fixcommitted”
I broke it while cleaning up other things. Note that it's slightly better to use
selectWithFormatString:(also broken), but the above will also work again in the next update. I'll update the manual to reflect this.
