MailMate stopped working

I previously posted a ticket that the display columns were not sticking. Now suddenly Mailmate is not working at all. It seems to be trying to download messages without success. I can't use it to send either. Most of my email comes through FastMail and that is definitely working fine -- I can get my email through FastMail's web app or on my phone or iPad.
Literally, MailMate was working and then it stopped with no warning. I've quit and restarted the app several times to no avail.

Working again (though with the same columns problem). I think this was my VPN crashing, not MailMate, so I'd call this resolved.
