Ventura Notifications

Notifications used to work fine. Stable build
Used Beta build but coloring of messages list colors with the red
were hard to discern subject.
In the meantime upgraded to Ventira so I don't really know when notifications quit. [Beta, Ventura or both]
Experimented with Postbox to regain notifications Does not compare. Hope for fix.
