Sign-up activation emails not arriving

Hi.
This isn't an issue with MailMate, but I wanted to make you aware of this.
When I previously tried to sign up here, the activation email never arrived, and that prevents me from signing in again after signing out. Even when I click the 'forgot password' link as suggested, the activation email doesn't come.
I didn't get an activation email this time either, yet I'm able to create this ticket.
It seems I'm not the only one experiencing this issue as I've found several other user accounts with the same or similar name and sequential IDs.
