  Sorry about this. I do believe it's a temporary issue unrelated to MailMate. Some accounts appear to have issues with using IMAP to connect to their Exchange accounts. There are more users with the same issue in ticket #3174.

  If it doesn't resolve soon then I'll naturally provide a refund.

  For the record, my test account for Office365 does not have any issues. It might depend on where the account is physically located (Microsoft data center), but I don't know of any way to determine that.

  (The spam issue is just Lighthouse not being very good at spam detection.)

  Thank you. I really don't want a refund. I am just starting to get me feet under me on smart mailboxes and composing email in markdown is a game changer. Hopefully Microsoft can provide you some insight... Happy New Year.

  If you haven't seen it then some users have found a workaround in ticket #3174, but if possible I think you should just wait until Microsoft has fixed the issue. Short explanation: Most IMAP email clients are affected by the same issue, but it doesn't happen to all users of these email clients (because the problem is network connection related).
