Find… shrinks message window

Current Version: MailMate 1.14 (5820)
If I open a mail in a separate window (e.g. via Return Key) and then want to search the message body via the "Find…" function (Cmd-F), the message window's with gets reduced to about the width of the red close button in the top left, and the window is no longer resizable (neither can I manually drag it wider by mouse any more, nor can "SizeUp", my current tool for arranging and resizing windows via keyboard shortcut, change its width in this state).
In the message preview pane of the main window, however, the Find function works correctly.

Do you also see this in the latest test release: Hold down the option key when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update preferences pane. (I've fixed bugs which could be related to this.)

In Build 5844 this bug is fixed, searching now works as expected.
