Sometimes all navigation keys don't work

Hi,
I'm using Version 1.14 (5798) - sometimes, I can't pinpoint when, all navigation keys stop working.
I.e. Selection is impossible, all arrow keys do nothing, CMD + Arrow Left/Right does nothing, Del key does not work, CMD+Q doesn't work.
Normal letters A-z + numbers and backspace seem to work normally.
An application restart fixes the issue.
