sieve (server-side) filter editing and management

I use https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sieve_(mail_filtering_language) for server-side mail filtering. It's fabulous. RFC 5804 describes a way to manage the filters. Thunderbird supports it.
A sufficiently clever implementation could map a really slick UI to it, but I'd be happy with a nice way to get/put an edited script. https://github.com/dburkart/check-sieve offers a convenient way to validate syntax.
