Cannot remove 'To' column in 'Inbox' mailbox

One of my inboxes has somehow gotten the From
column replaced by a To
column. The option to remove
it is grayed out.
This does not apply to the Inbox for my other account.
I am able to add a From
column, but the
To
column cannot be removed.
Is this a bug? Is there something I'm doing wrong? Any way to fix
this?
