Malmate slow startup (~ 2minutes to show the window)

Hi,

First of, thanks for the best email client ever!

Now, the startup of Mailmate is very slow ~ 2 minutes before the app shows up. Mac reports it as Mailmate is not responding, the processor spikes up for the startup duration and then all loads up ok and works quite fine. I assume it may be some of the smart mailboxes, but am not sure.

I have 5 IMAP accounts configured with quite some number of messages in total.
