I believe it's the “MailMate > System Events” you need in the Automation part of System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy”.
Let me know if that does not help. -

System Events (under MailMate) was already checked in the Automation part of System Preferences. I went ahead and unchecked it, closed MailMate, checked it again and then started MailMate and this did not solve the issue (still getting the message).
Thanks,

I resolved the issue.
- Closed OmniFocus and MailMate applications.
- Went to System Preferences > Security & Privacy >
Accessibility - and REMOVED MailMate and OmniFocus from the list
(didn't just uncheck the checkboxes, but removed them from the
list).
- Started OmniFocus and MailMate applications.
- Closed OmniFocus and MailMate appliations.
- Went to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Accessibility - and ADDED MailMate and OmniFocus applications to the list.
Now I no longer have the error popup when I run the "Add with Summary" command. Hopefully this helps someone else. So it ended up being an issue with "Accessibility" and not "Automation".
- Closed OmniFocus and MailMate applications.
