Can't create subfolders

If I create a subfolder (mailbox) in my client, it doesn't
synchronize this on the server. It creates the mailbox on the
server, but it shows as 'untitled'.
(the mail server I'm using is Hover/Netidentify).
I've been in touch with their support, and ll settings seem to be fine.
I'm having this problem only since couple of months... didn't have it before.
