Mailmate does not import encryption certificate

When someone sends you a signed email, there are multiple
certificates:
- CA chain - Signing cert - Encryption cert Mailmate only import
the signing cert so it is not possible to reply in encrypted
form.
The certs are in the EML and can be dumped like this: cat | openssl
smime -pk7out | openssl pkcs7 -print_certs > senders-cert.pem
This is a real pain when you need to communicate with a lot of
people.
