Messages in Unread Smartmailbox vanish

I have a smart mailbox over "All Messages" to show unread and flagged messages. Works great! :-) The view is loaded, when I change the mailbox, so I can read the mails, then they are not bold anymore and if I want to keep them in this box, I either flag them or mark them unread.

Unless sometimes I open a message, Mailmate hangs a few seconds and then the message is gone (because it is read - so still find- and readable!)

My impression is, that a thread of mailmate crashes (for the mail grid) and when it is restarted, the list is updated. But this is NOT the case. Only the ONE mail is missing, all other read messages are still shown. Maybe it is a problem that I have 206k messages in "All Messages"? I think mailmate handles this great :-)
