Message Is Not 'X' Condition crashes app

I'm on Mojave 10.14.1 (18B75), MM version 1.12.1 (5552).
In testing some Smart Folder conditions I was trying to filter the unread items in my deleted messages folder. I created a Smart Mailbox, went to Conditions section in the editor. No matter which "Message Is Not" condition I select, MM crashes instantly.
I'm attaching the crash log; hopefully it helps.
EDIT: This looks like it has already been reported and resolved. Anyone with this problem, can check https://freron.lighthouseapp.com/projects/58672/tickets/2161-mailma... for the answer. Sorry for the duplicate post Benny!

Thanks anyways. The fixed version had other issues, but I think the current test release (r5558) should be stable.
