Office 365 not reading Mailmate mailbox changes

Sometime in the last month something has gone wrong in the conversation between Mailmate and Office 365.
Everything looks fine in Mailmate. However, if I log into Outlook through a browser or using my iPad all of the deleted and moved messages remain in my Outlook Inbox. That is, actions taken in Mailmate do not appear to be communicated to the server.
Any ideas?
