setting global defaults

I would love to be able to set the following as global defaults. Is there any way to do that with a config file or something?

Show the cc: field when creating a new message

Show the Tags column in every list view
-
Turn OFF Layout -> Organize by Thread

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
- Note the “Use as Default Headers” menu item in the
menu in which you also enable the Cc header.
- Setup a mailbox with your desired settings and then use
“View ▸ Columns ▸ Use as Default
Columns”.
- The same as 2., but it's not as robust as it should be.
If you want to reset all mailbox related state saved (to get a clean start) then you can issue this command in a Terminal window (quit MailMate before doing this):
defaults delete com.freron.MailMate MmMailboxRelatedStatesI hope this helps.
