Better Application Support structure - better for settings sync and for backup

i would suugest a better application support folder structure:

Apllication Support/MailMate/Settings

here are all settings are for the MailMate app which i can restore from backup and also i can share between computers (see #1580 "Feature request: ability to sync settings across computers")

Apllication Support/MailMate/Cache

here are all cached data and indexes which i can easy restore from IMAP
Benefit: i can exclude all just cached data from my backup (see #1771 "Backup: provide in settings a tab backup")
