"Send Message" is too close to the "delete window" red circle

I just accidentally sent a message that I had intended to NOT send.
I figured out what happened: I wanted to cancel the message by
clicking
on the red "make window go away" circle, but because this is a
trackpad
there was just enough drift before the click to move the cursor
down to
"Send Message". I think those things should be further apart!

I don't think this is a common problem. I might be wrong, but we don't have to agree. You can right-click the toolbar to select “Customize...” and then move the button yourself or insert some spacing.
I, by the way, strongly recommend getting used to hitting ⌘W to close windows. It'll safe you time in many applications.
