Does not auto complete Contacts from Microsoft 365

Here's what I did for an @outlook.com address I have.

• Used the outlook.com web interface to create a contact.
• Used macOS settings (Internet Accounts) to add an Exchange account (I only enabled Contacts).
• Used macOS Contacts to verify that an Exchange account appeared and that it contained the contact.
• Opened a composer window in MailMate. Completion worked for the test contact.

My guess is that for you the last step fails?

I recently set up a new MacBook and decided to do a clean install vs. using Apple's Migration Assistant.

Address completion is working for my address book now. I suspect the problem may have been that MailMate had lost permission to access MacOS Contacts.

Unfortunately completion is extremely slow, probably because of my 10,000 contacts. I hope there's a way to optimize that in future releases!
