Contact groups ignore Distribution List settings

when using a contacts group it's using the first email for each
contact rather than the one chosen with "Edit Distribution List" in
Contacts.app

I've switched MailMate to use a newer framework for accessing Contacts (the old framework is deprecated), but it appears Apple forgot about supporting distribution lists in the new framework. I've reported this and, for now, I've switched back to the old code. This might not work in future macOS releases though (given the deprecation).
