UI, response text in English: Can we change the interface language?

Hi,

My Mac is localised in French, however, MailMate seems to want to use English for the interface language. Is there a way to change this so it is in French (or whatever language the user has their Mac localised to)? Would also be nice if the header text for response were in the same language (i.e. "Le 5 fév 2012, ... a écrit:" vs "On 5 Feb 2012, ... wrote :").

I'm sorry, but MailMate is currently English only. This is not likely to change anytime soon. A few very nice people have offered to translate MailMate into various languages, but currently MailMate simply isn't prepared for localization.

The issue of the wrote-string is a bit different. I would like to make this more flexible -- not only for the purpose of localization. Currently, the only way to change it is a hidden preference named MmReplyWroteString.
