New tags have to be re-added

When adding a new tag to a message, MM will prompt the user to add the tag to the system, but will not add it to the message. It has to be added to the message a second time.

That's not quite how it works. Added tags are not committed before hitting return in the text field. This is always true also for existing tags.
I did, however, improve it a bit: After creating a new tag, it is added to the text field, but the new tag was selected. I've changed this such that the caret is at the end of the text field ready to add another tag.
