Feature Request: Option to discard attachments in Trash

Two parts:
- Don't pull attachments that are already in the trash on the
server before syncing
- Discard attachments in messages that have been placed in local trash after (or before) sync to server.
Not even sure it's possible, but it would be helpful in (edge) cases where someone sends me a 25MB video as an attachment, and I have a filter on Gmail setup to automatically trash emails from this person when they have large attachments (can't make them stop!) and I end up expending precious bandwidth syncing those large attachments that are already in the trash.
Setup as an option, it would be very helpful.

A workaround might be to have 2 trash mailboxes in the account and then either filter into the secondary trash account or use the secondary trash account in MailMate. And then unsubscribe the trash mailbox containing these large messages (using “Edit Subscriptions” in the IMAP account settings in MailMate).
If MailMate ever supports “lazy” downloading of messages then it would make sense to have it work on a per mailbox level. I'll use this ticket to track any progress on the issue, but it's not currently a high priority.
Removing attachments is (another) one of those long standing requests (see ticket #260).
